Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary of $50000 - $60000 and auto reimbursement. This salary range is an average range for this position. We anticipate accepting applications through September 13th, 2026, or until the position is filled Overview Provide clerical and logistics support for Business Development operational activities. Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with Key Account Partners on new product registration, pricing submissions, completing the application for programming on MPTSActs as a liaison to all SGWS suppliers and customers to provide information and answer questionsSupport with the coordination of budgets, and provide analysis on business development activities as required/assignedCollect and maintain all Trade Show confirmation forms from suppliersUpdate and maintain spreadsheets of all supplier confirmations and changesCoordinate product placement in tasting books a requiredEnsure the maintenance of all payments and adjustments for supplier support by branch by productFile correspondence and reports; maintain files as directedAssist in the distribution and execution of POS and other marketing materialsMaintain and update team contact informationHandle market samples requestsPrepare and distribute special monthly sales and market reports as neededCalculate and produce invoices for supplier chargebacksMaintain files for outstanding supplier accounts receivables invoicesParticipate in the assembly of presentations to suppliers as directedMaintaining the SGWS office (reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and greeting visitors) and completing clerical and administrative functions as needed (ordering supplies, phone support, office couriers).Support the Executive Leadership Team as needed (meeting coordination, catering, etc.)Perform other job-related duties as assigned Additional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experienceSales experience, including at least one full year in beer, wine or spirit salesAdvanced use of Microsoft Office with an ability to develop and maintain an extensive spreadsheet for sales analysisAble to demonstrate significant product knowledge with a good understanding of product movement, inventory control, and general sales informationAbility to resolve problems and conflicts quickly and efficientlyStrong communication skills-verbal, written and interpersonalAble to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlinesPlanning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate the workload around multiple assignments Physical Demands Physical typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machinePhysical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stoopingMay require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs EEO Statement Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits, an Affirmative Action/EEO employer, prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
