Sales Support Coordinator
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can also use other headings if they match content? The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we should use those headings when appropriate. But we can also have other headings? Probably we should stick to those headings for sections we include. However we have content like "Who We Are" maybe that is "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview, could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat "Who We Are" as "About the role"? Might be okay. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to map our content to those headings where possible.
We have:
- Who We Are -> could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we can use "About the role" heading and put company overview there.
- Position Description -> could be part of Responsibilities? Actually Position Description is a brief overview of role. Could be placed under "About the role" as prose.
- Key Responsibilities -> we can use Responsibilities and then list subcategories maybe as - with subheadings? But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could break into subheadings but those would be headings not allowed? Only
for section headings; we could still use ? Not mentioned. Safer to keep within - and maybe use for subheadings inside li? But that adds extra markup not prohibited. However we should avoid inventing headings. Could just list responsibilities as a flat list.
- Requirements Qualifications -> we can combine into Requirements section (maybe include Qualifications). Use
Requirements and list items.
- Ideal Candidate -> could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? Could be a separate section maybe "Qualifications". But we already used Qualifications inside Requirements. Could treat Ideal Candidate as part of Requirements or as a separate "Qualifications" section. Since we already have Qualifications, we could put Ideal Candidate under Qualifications as prose.
- Reports to, Direct Reports, Classification, Estimated Weekly Hours -> these are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph for Reports to, Direct Reports, Classification, Estimated Weekly Hours.
We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule unless posting actually states them. It does not state benefits, pay, schedule beyond weekly hours (40+ hrs Monday-Friday). That's schedule info. The posting states Estimated Weekly Hours 40+ hrs. Monday - Friday. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that detail. However instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state schedule (weekly hours). So we can include Schedule section.
We should not include Benefits or Pay.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's structure:
About the role
Who We Are ... (company overview) ... Position Description ...
But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company overview paragraph and position description.
We could split: About the role includes Who We Are and Position Description.
Then Responsibilities
- ... each responsibility bullet ...
We need to include all responsibilities from the list, preserving sub-bullets? The original has headings like Customer Service Support, Order & Account Support, etc. We could keep those as inside li or as separate headings? But we cannot create extra headings besides . Could use to denote subheading inside li. That's acceptable.
We'll produce li items like:
- Customer Service Support: Assist with monitoring and responding to customer emails and inquiries....
Similarly for each.
We must preserve all details.
Then Requirements
- ... each requirement ...
Include Qualifications list and maybe Ideal Candidate as prose after list.
We could also include Ideal Candidate as a separate paragraph under Requirements.
Then after that, a short paragraph for metadata: Reports to Sales & Marketing Operations Manager; Direct Reports None; Classification: full-time, non-exempt; Estimated Weekly Hours: 40+ hrs, Monday-Friday.
We could put that in a after Requirements.
Optionally we could add a
Schedule
with the weekly hours info. But we already included schedule in metadata. The instruction says we can create Schedule section only if posting states them. It does state schedule. So we could create a Schedule section with that detail. However we already have metadata paragraph; we could still create Schedule section and put the schedule there, and maybe drop other metadata into a short p.
Let's decide: We'll create a Schedule
with Estimated Weekly Hours 40+ hrs. Monday - Friday.
Then we can have a short for Reports to, Direct Reports, Classification.
Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed.
Now produce HTML.
Let's craft content.

We'll put Reports to, Direct Reports, Classification in a short p.
