Sales Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests
• Selling families before their au pair arrives
• Identifying and nurturing sales opportunities
• Managing diverse pipeline/case load
• Developing effective communication and sales skills
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Utilizing Salesforce to track progress and manage day-to-day tasks
• Participating in comprehensive training on the product, teams, and sales strategy
• Actively participating in team meetings
• Jumping in and supporting the team where needed

• Possess sales intelligence and passion for helping families and cultural exchange
• Thriving in a deadline-driven environment, embracing competition and the excitement of monthly sales and growth targets
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and can efficiently manage daily phone, SMS, and email outreach
• Innovative and solutions-oriented mindset, able to use setbacks as fuel to explore new approaches and overcome obstacles

About the Role

Cultural Care is the leading au pair agency and is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic sales team based out of our Boston/ Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the sales and customer centric industry.

Compensation

$52,000 base salary. This position can move into a Matching Specialist role anytime within the first year. Movement is based on one’s performance and the business need. The salary increases to $53,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility up to $12k
