Responsibilities
- Manage CRM records (notes, updates, next steps, and pipeline reports)
- Schedule meetings, LinkedIn prospect communications, prepare/edit presentations, proposals, and other client communications
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and schedule meetings/calls; ensure follow-up activities are scheduled and on track
- Cook up shared leads, gather preliminary information, and schedule internal meetings
- Research prospects, market trends, track sales quotas, maintain sales materials/library, and coordinate across departments (e.g., marketing campaigns and logistics)
- Provide administrative support to the team
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative sales support roles
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-performance environment
- Thrives in a competitive, entrepreneurial environment
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
- Receptive to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
