About the role
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. They assist in managing client inquiries, handling returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process returns and refunds according to company policy
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records
- Respond to client feedback and suggestions
- Support sales team with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
