Sales Supervisor - South Beach Regional

About the role

Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll contribute to the success of our business through face-to-face customer interactions, share Warby Parker’s story and mission, and take part in process ideation, improvement, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy to customers
• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
• Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience
• Lead by example as an upbeat, flexible team player
• Oversee selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
• Open and close the store
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
• Ability to remain cool under pressure and adapt quickly
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Passion for helping customers and teammates
• Positive, fun energy, even during long hours
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

WA only: Full-time employees accrue paid sick leave at a rate of 1 hour per every 26 hours worked and receive 5 paid holidays and 5–10 vacation days per year (after waiting period, depending on tenure and hours worked). Part-time employees accrue paid sick leave at a rate of 1 hour per every 30 hours worked.

Pay

Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The range listed is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting, with final compensation determined by qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
