Job Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly sales goals
- Leading by example through styling, quality of selling, CRM, product knowledge, and personal client development
- Supervising, directing, and supporting the team to maximize productivity throughout the shift
- Maintaining security of the store and understanding the store security system
- Ensuring the opening checklist is complete and all store standards are ready for opening
- Setting and communicating the daily goal for the store and each associate, including selling goals, tasks to accomplish, breaks, and important company communication for the day
- Completing the POS and cash drawer closing process during closing the store
- Ensuring the closing checklist is completed and the store is recovered and ready for the next day’s business
- Activating the security system and ensuring the store is secure and locked with no customers or employees remaining inside
- Assisting the GM and AGM in the VM presentation of the store during monthly VM Directive as well as daily maintenance
- Protecting their store keys

Education and Experience
- High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years as a luxury sales professional
- Fluency or conversational level in a foreign language is a plus
Pay and Benefits
- This is a full time hourly position at: $22.00 - $24.00 USD/Hour, plus commission bonus
