About the role

Our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. This role will support a field sales organization by helping drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and account momentum across the region. The position partners closely with district sales leadership and operations to manage day-to-day sales activity, identify upgrade opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers. It is well suited for a motivated sales professional who wants to build broader commercial experience while contributing to regional goals in a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, manage backlog items, and help advance new business opportunities through strong organization and customer focus. Regular customer interaction and travel with the sales team will provide exposure to field selling, account management, and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with district sales managers to support daily sales activities
• Manage the customer upgrade process and identify revenue opportunities
• Assist in developing strategies for new sales leads and business growth
• Support customer and account management efforts
• Collaborate with Operations to drive revenue and customer success
• Manage backlog items to help achieve regional goals
• Travel with the sales team and participate in customer visits to build sales and relationship management skills

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,000 – $159,500 annually
