Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Mentor and develop new agents, providing guidance and support.
- Manage and grow your own independent sales territory.
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on market trends and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
