• Thorough product knowledge of our quality-crafted products
• The technology that drives HOM Furniture, streamlines our work and simplifies our customer's shopping experience

• Meticulous accuracy and follow up when processing each order and delivery
• Mentoring to achieve financial growth as a consultant and/or career advancement opportunities in a leadership or corporate role
• Maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas

Requirements

• Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred, such as; home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
