About the role
Harmony Design Group, a premier landscape architecture and construction firm established in 2005, is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences in New Jersey and New York.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals, and project needs
- Develop and present proposals, pricing, and design concepts in collaboration with our design team
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation through signed contract
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM records
- Partner with design and construction teams to ensure a seamless project handoff
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community events, and industry relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a service-based industry (such as landscaping or construction)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Aspire experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

- Total compensation potential of $85,000-$115,000+
