Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, practice administrators, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Present and demonstrate Gryphon Healthcare’s revenue cycle management solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Travel to meet with prospective clients, attend industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and participate in sales and marketing campaigns.
- Represent Gryphon Healthcare professionally at client meetings, industry events, and community outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within HubSpot CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and client onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the healthcare, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare technology industries.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and medical billing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop relationships and effectively engage with executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Able and willing to travel regularly for client meetings, conferences, networking events, and business development activities.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Based in the Houston corporate office
- Travel required for prospective client meetings, conferences, trade shows, networking events, and sales and marketing initiatives
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
