What This Role Really Is

You’ll be the first impression and the closer, guiding patients through their consultation while keeping the office vibe vibrant and smooth. You’ll use your personality, confidence, and natural communication skills to:

  • Build Trust Instantly: Read the room, connect with diverse personalities, and practice active listening to understand exactly what the patient needs.
  • Navigate Objections with Grace: Use your emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to turn hesitation into enthusiasm.
  • Articulate Value: Clearly and confidently explain pricing, overcoming the fear of "talking money."
  • Close the Deal: Help patients make a confident decision to move forward with treatment.

What To Expect Day-to-Day

This role is primarily focused on patient consultations and sales, but it also requires excellent time management and collaboration to keep the front desk and office flow running seamlessly. You’ll own the room, drive the consultation, present pricing confidently, overcome hurdles, manage the flow, and partner for success.
