About the role

seoClarity is seeking a technically strong, consultative, and highly polished Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing Sales team in our downtown Chicago office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to provide technical and strategic support throughout the full enterprise sales cycle.
  • Create and deliver customized, high-impact seoClarity platform demonstrations that connect product capabilities to each prospect’s business needs.
  • Translate complex SEO, AEO, AI search, automation, analytics, and platform capabilities into clear, value-driven messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support RFPs, security reviews, vendor questionnaires, procurement requests, and other technical sales documentation needed to move opportunities forward.
  • Represent seoClarity with professionalism, curiosity, and confidence during prospect meetings, executive presentations, onsite visits, and industry events.
  • Continuously improve demo delivery, technical messaging, product knowledge, and understanding of how enterprise brands are adapting to the future of search.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, Information Systems, or another related field.
  • 4+ years of technical pre-sales/post-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical demo experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, analytics, search, SEO, AI, or data platform environments.
  • Strong ability to deliver polished, engaging, and highly tailored software demonstrations to executive, technical, marketing, and cross-functional buying audiences.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives throughout complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, technical validation, stakeholder alignment, and deal support.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, search marketing, SEO, AI search, AEO, content performance, web analytics, or enterprise marketing workflows.
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities, datasets, workflows, and platform functionality into clear business value for prospective customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations with technical stakeholders, marketing leaders, procurement teams, security teams, and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, platform capabilities, integrations, data structures, and customer use cases.
  • Comfortable supporting RFPs, security questionnaires, technical assessments, procurement documentation, and other enterprise sales requirements.
  • Experience working with large datasets, Excel, analytics platforms, reporting tools, or data-driven business workflows.
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable building new materials, demo flows, talk tracks, proof points, and resources that improve the sales process.
  • Strong curiosity around AI search, generative AI, answer engines, LLMs, automation, enterprise SEO, and the changing ways brands are discovered online.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities, prospect needs, technology, and market expectations continue to evolve.
