About the role

The Sales Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives for technical and strategic support throughout the enterprise sales cycle. They will lead discovery to understand prospect goals, technical requirements, workflows, pain points, priorities, and success criteria. The role involves creating and delivering customized seoClarity platform demonstrations, translating complex SEO, AEO, AI search, automation, analytics, and platform capabilities into value-driven messaging, and providing technical credibility by answering product, workflow, data, integration, reporting, and platform-related questions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives for technical and strategic support throughout the enterprise sales cycle
  • Lead discovery to understand prospect goals, technical requirements, workflows, pain points, priorities, and success criteria
  • Create and deliver customized seoClarity platform demonstrations connecting capabilities to business needs
  • Translate complex SEO, AEO, AI search, automation, analytics, and platform capabilities into value-driven messaging
  • Help prospects understand visibility across traditional search, AI-driven answers, enterprise SEO workflows, content performance, reporting, and large-scale search intelligence
  • Provide technical credibility by answering product, workflow, data, integration, reporting, and platform-related questions
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and AEs to shape demo strategy, solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and technical sales messaging
  • Support RFPs, security reviews, vendor questionnaires, procurement requests
  • Partner with Product, Client Success, Technical Services, and Marketing to share feedback, surface trends, and improve sales enablement materials
  • Develop reusable demo assets, talk tracks, objection-handling resources, and technical sales collateral
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape; communicate seoClarity's differentiators across SEO, AEO, AI search, automation, data, scalability
  • Support marketing initiatives (webinars, events, conferences, content, thought leadership)
  • Represent seoClarity with professionalism during prospect meetings, executive presentations, onsite visits, and industry events
  • Continuously improve demo delivery, technical messaging, product knowledge, and understanding of the future of search

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of technical pre-sales/post-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical demo experience (enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, analytics, search, SEO, AI, or data platforms)
  • Direct experience with enterprise SEO platforms, search intelligence tools, web analytics platforms, content optimization tools, or digital marketing technology
  • Ability to deliver polished, tailored software demonstrations to executive, technical, marketing, and cross-functional audiences
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives in complex B2B sales cycles (discovery, solution positioning, technical validation, stakeholder alignment, deal support)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, search marketing, SEO, AI search, AEO, content performance, web analytics, or enterprise marketing workflows
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; confident leading conversations with technical stakeholders, marketing leaders, procurement, security, and executive decision-makers
  • Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and platforms
  • Comfortable supporting RFPs, security questionnaires, technical assessments, procurement documentation
  • Experience with large datasets, Excel, analytics platforms, reporting tools, or data-driven workflows
  • Resourceful, proactive, comfortable building new demo materials, talk tracks, proof points
  • Strong curiosity around AI search, generative AI, answer engines, LLMs, automation, enterprise SEO
