Sales Support

Customer and Prospect Discovery

• Participate in the Customer/Prospect Discovery process
• Create and distribute discovery documents
• Conduct interviews with the prospect and their employees
• Compile results into reports

Product Demonstrations

• Configure and ready the software for demos
• Provide detailed demonstrations of products online or in person
• Coordinate timing of demonstrations
• Prepare and execute product demonstrations on McLeod Products

Additional Duties

• Attend and participate in Sales Meetings
• Train on the McLeod Product line until proficient
• Participate in Security and other mandated training
• Maintain and secure company equipment and software
• Create personal travel arrangements and complete expense reports
• Travel a minimum of 50% of each month
• Participate in special projects as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software sales, software training, software engineering, or in the transportation industry
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Able to travel in the US and Canada minimum 50% of the time
