Role Description
Drive the accelerated growth of new and greenfield accounts to $10MM+ ARR, focusing on the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. Collaborate closely with BD and sales hunter/pursuit teams to build strong client relationships and secure initial wins.
Partner with delivery stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of commitments, supporting rapid account expansion.
Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on rapid revenue growth, including relationship mapping, opportunity identification, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 11+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, and/or account management, with a strong emphasis on scaling new or greenfield accounts.
- Significant experience in business development, with a focus on closing high-value deals in accelerated timeframes.
- Experience in the relevant industry/vertical, Automotive is a must.
- Significant business development and project management experience
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading persuasive proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with sales hunters, pursuit teams and delivery
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of rapidly driving revenue growth in early-stage accounts
- Demonstrated success in leveraging partner networks (e.g. Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Results-driven, focused on achieving and exceeding ambitious targets
- Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
- Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
- Global Delivery Model experience
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
- Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
