Sales, Sales Executive - Cardiology Informatics (Midwest)
As the Sales Executive for Cardiology Informatics, you will sell our Cardiology Informatics Portfolio into existing and new Health Systems, Imaging centers, and Office-Based Labs in your assigned Midwest territory. You will work closely with the cardiology clinical and technical specialists’ team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Research targeted accounts in your territory to gain knowledge of their existing cardiology solutions and identify opportunities to upgrade or replace with Philips solutions, including interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, and advanced visualization.
- Collaborate with your team—Regional Sales Executives, Clinical and Technical Specialists, and Hybrid Sales Executives—to create unique strategies for growing your business and meeting your Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Present and articulate the Philips Cardiology Informatics value proposition.
- Build, cultivate, and leverage relationships in targeted accounts to drive upgrade and net-new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with Philips co-selling colleagues across other business units, including Image Guided Therapy, Cardiac Ultrasound, and Patient Monitoring.
- Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement targets, account standardization plans, current contracts, account needs, and execution of strategic plans to expand Philips Cardiology Informatics footprint.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree (minimum).
- 5+ years of Hospital/IDN Field Sales experience calling on Clinical and C-Suite personnel, including Imaging Informatics departments.
- Strong understanding of cardiology workflow in interventional cardiology (including hemodynamic monitoring) and/or non-invasive cardiology.
- Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated customer follow-up.
- Proven aptitude selling IT portfolio solutions, preferably in the Cardiology Informatics space.
- Experience leading account teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Experience selling into accounts with complex sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements of a field sales role with or without accommodation.
- Must reside in or within commuting distance of the assigned territory.
- U.S. work authorization is required; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position.
Pay
Total Target Earnings are composed of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the target earning potential is $252,000 to $300,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance.

Schedule
This is a field role, primarily conducted at customer or supplier locations. Office-based teams are expected to work in-person at least 3 days per week, but this role operates outside of company facilities.
