Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers, recommending solutions, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Exceed sales and customer service goals consistently, setting and achieving targeted personal income goals.
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to achieve collective sales objectives.
• Utilize CRM tools and other resources to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
• Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, and market trends to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• A drive to set and achieve targeted personal income goals consistent with AutoNation's standards of productivity.
• Over 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up and follow-up again with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

This is a commissioned-based position, ranging from $3,000 to $10,000 per month.
