As one of our Sales & Resident Experience Consultants, you are innovative and lead your team to drive the success of the property. Responsibilities
- Lead your team to achieve the property's success
- “Seal the deal” with a closing ratio of at least 20%
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas
- Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
- Stay informed about local market conditions and trends
- Contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager and improve resident satisfaction
- Communicate professionally with residents and your team through both verbal and written means
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and current residents and team members
- Show exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
- Have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
- Be adaptable to new technologies
- Write, speak, and understand the English language fluently
- Be energetic and engaging

Pay
The expected salary range for this California position is between $20.50 and $24.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
