Role Overview

We are seeking a goal-oriented, motivated Outside Sales Representative to join a growing sales team. In this B2B role, you will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, utilizing CRM tools to identify, close, and achieve sales targets. You will provide customers with work apparel solutions, including laundry, delivery, repair, and branding services, helping them enhance their professional image.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and objection-handling
• Building customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas

Qualifications & Skills

• High School diploma or GED; preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Valid driver's license and proficiency with MS Office and contact management systems
• Prior sales experience, especially in B2B sales, is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, self-motivation, and solution-focused mindset
• Customer-centric, confident, and coachable with a positive attitude
