A bit about us
Our client is an established, employee-owned distributor of industrial gases, welding supplies, and automation equipment, serving customers across the Upper Midwest for decades. They've built a reputation for hands-on customer service and technical expertise, and they've maintained a genuine small-company, family feel even as they've expanded into new markets. This particular location is one of their newest, which means the person who steps into this role has real room to build.
Why join us?
- Ground-floor territory — this is a newer location with an undeveloped book of business, meaning real ownership over building something from scratch
- Autonomy — minimal in-office requirement; you're on the road managing your territory and can office from home
- Home every night — no overnight travel required
- Established backing — decades of brand reputation and technical resources behind a newer, high-growth location
- Uncapped earning potential — base salary plus commission, with a track record of building compensation packages around individual candidates
