About the role
Meet with individuals who have signed up for supplemental benefits to help protect their families.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to individuals requesting more information about our benefits offerings.
- Schedule Zoom meetings with interested members.
- Customize and adjust new and existing benefit plans to meet the current needs of each client.
- Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients.
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with any necessary claims or adjustments.
- Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to member needs.
- Resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule.
