About the role
As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell Emergency Care products—including Defibrillators, Automated External Defibrillators (AED), and Chest Compression systems—to healthcare providers. You’ll build and maintain customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customer needs.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas through consultative sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations.
- Become the resident expert in Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) for nurses, medical directors, and administrators, leveraging knowledge of both Stryker and competitor products.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, and high responsiveness.
- Ensure cost reduction, on-time shipments, and error-free order management.
- Manage reports, budgets, customer service, and project execution.
- Apply knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required).
- 5+ years of professional experience (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift, move, and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted.
- Physical demands may include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling.
- Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement; ability to grasp by hand; and cognitive demands such as visual/auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention.
- May handle materials including durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components made of rubber, metals, and coated products.

Pay
This role is 100% commission-based and eligible for bonuses.
