Job Summary
We are hiring in-market, full-cycle Sales Representatives to help small and mid-sized businesses access working capital, business loans, and funding solutions. This is a door-to-door, relationship-driven sales role where you will prospect locally, build trust with business owners, and close funding deals from start to finish. Ideal for experienced reps who thrive in face-to-face sales, high activity environments, and commission-based earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Possess and generate opportunities
- Visit local businesses daily to identify funding needs and opportunities
- Build rapport with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
- Present loan and funding solutions (working capital, term loans, lines of credit, etc.)
- Pre-qualify prospects and gather necessary financial information
- Guide clients through the application and approval process
- Close deals and secure signed agreements
- Client Advisory
- Educate business owners on cash flow management and funding strategies
- Match clients with the best financing options based on needs and eligibility
- Maintain trust through transparent, consultative selling
- Pipeline & Performance
- Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects and deals
- Track activity, follow-ups, and closings in CRM
- Maintain and meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Required Experience in door-to-door, B2B, or commission-based sales
- Strong closing skills and objection handling ability
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Preferred Experience
- In financial services, lending, or merchant cash advance (MCA)
- Understanding of business funding products and sales cycles
- Existing relationships within local business communities
Compensation & Earnings
- Uncapped commission structure
