Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is seeking Sales Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by identifying the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Cook up deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is required.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is required.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay

The starting wage for this role ranges from $22.45 to $35.89 per hour, depending on location and state requirements. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
