About the role

A Sales Representative at Stryker will promote and sell Acute Care Patient Handling products to healthcare providers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Stryker Patient Handling products to meet customer needs.
  • Become a Patient Handling expert by working with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Take pride in cost reduction and ensure on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
  • Show experience with reports and budgets, customer service, and project management.
  • Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
