Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on active job sites
• Plan daily work and manage manpower efficiently
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support field execution
• Enforce safety standards and NEC compliance
• Train and develop apprentices and junior electricians
• Coordinate with project management and company leadership

Requirements

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician
• 7+ years of electrical experience
• Prior crew leadership or foreman-level responsibility preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC and job site safety
• Ability to read plans and manage work independently

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician (Required)

Work Environment

• Active commercial and industrial job sites
• Regular travel between local job sites
• Physical work including standing, climbing, and lifting

Pay

$38.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
