About the role

Your job is to meet with the homeowner, understand their needs, present the right solution, and close the sale. Our representatives have the opportunity to earn $90,000-$175,000+ in their first year, with uncapped commission and earning potential. Whether you're an experienced sales professional, have some entry-level sales experience, or are looking to make a career change, we provide the training, leads, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other exterior remodeling solutions
• Present customized solutions and pricing
• Build trust and establish strong customer relationships
• Guide homeowners through the buying process
• Negotiate and close sales
• Follow our proven sales process
• Maintain accurate customer information

Requirements
