Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
- Conduct initial roof inspections and identify potential restoration or replacement opportunities.
- Educate customers on roofing solutions, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim processes.
- Secure signed contracts.
- Cookorate with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers from sale through job completion.
- Track sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional company image.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2C (Business-to-Consumer) or B2B (Business-to-Business) sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Able to travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
Qualifications
- Candidates with door-to-door sales experience may be considered with less than 1 year of sales experience.
- Roofing industry experience.
- Storm restoration or insurance claims experience.
- Military background.
- Experience working in commission-based sales environments.
Work Environment
This role operates on a peak-selling schedule of Tuesday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM and a full day on Saturday. A weekly sales meeting takes place every Tuesday in the office. While these are the most productive sales hours, scheduling flexibility is available depending on the circumstances. The work involves traveling throughout the Phoenix area, engaging with customers directly.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr. No benefits as of now - 1099 work.
