Sales Representative 1

Role: Sales Representative 1 in Revenue Operations, focused on customer engagement and sales support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and contact forms, providing technical assistance and product information.Process various sales orders and assist with administrative tasks such as filing and event preparation.Engage in technical discussions with customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.Handle inbound sales inquiries from commercial, military, and law enforcement clients, coordinating with relevant departments.Maintain accurate account records within a CRM system, supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.Uphold high standards of integrity, safety, and professionalism, fostering a positive team environment and contributing to company values.Participate in safety, 6S, and environmental health initiatives, demonstrating leadership in safety policies and procedures.Support company efforts to enhance operational efficiency and workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of related sales experience or equivalent education and training.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent recordkeeping.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook; CRM or ERP experience preferred.Ability to recognize and embody company values and demonstrate professionalism. Physical & Environment Requirements Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, sit, and bend throughout the day, including at trade shows and meetings.Willingness to work in manufacturing environments, around machinery, noise, chemicals, and lasers, with appropriate PPE as required.
