Sales Rep - Convenience / Gas / Small Format

Target pay: $71,564 per year. Mileage reimbursement provided for use of personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary store-level salesperson and key point of contact for small format accounts
• Generate sales by identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and communicating with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms
• Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts per week
• Receive and act on regular feedback for improvement via key metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs
• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts and create efficiencies
• Build displays, set up promotional materials, and perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs
• Stand, walk, reach, and squat while merchandising product
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures to support Pepsi's strong safety culture
• Work across a wide variety of weather conditions

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
