What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, property owners, and clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Identify, pursue, and help secure new project opportunities, supporting business growth through relationship development, networking, and project management involvement throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for project execution, customer experience, timelines, and quality standards.
- Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions, accurate project scopes, and strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and operational coordination to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor material inventory and project logistics to maintain organized and efficient operations.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, account management, business development, or a client-facing operations role.
- 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential - Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
- A results-oriented mindset with a tactical approach to solving problems and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
- Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews.
