Residential Flooring Sales Consultant/Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for promoting and selling residential flooring products and services. Manage projects from start to finish, including installation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential markets
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the project
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in home improvement or related industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management software
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of residential flooring products and installation processes
