Salesperson Responsibilities
- Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert
- Aid customers in the store to identify spa options (and repair or water maintenance needs)
- Prepare quotes and follow up with interested customers via email or voicemail
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate new leads
- Clean, restock, and organize the showroom
- Perform other tasks as directed by your manager
