Your Purpose

Welcome guests, build relationships, and guide them through every step of the vehicle purchasing process. Demonstrate expert knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership products to help customers make informed decisions. Deliver a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free buying experience while meeting or exceeding individual sales and customer satisfaction goals. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build lasting relationships, generate referrals, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Present vehicle protection products, maintenance plans, and other value-added offerings, while ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
