Sales Plumber

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial plumbing systems to identify problems.
• Explain plumbing issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
• Prepare accurate estimates and present service recommendations to customers.
• Sell plumbing services, maintenance agreements, and related products.
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance as needed.
• Build trust with customers through professional and honest communication.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, estimates, and customer interactions.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company safety standards.
• Keep service vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Service Titan experience.
• 5+ years of plumbing service experience preferred.
• Proven sales or upselling experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend effective solutions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
