About the role
The Sales Performance Manager will oversee and drive sales performance across the residential sales team. This individual will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, providing regular feedback to sales representatives, and ensuring that the team is aligned with company objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role
- Proven track record of increasing sales performance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems

Pay
- $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
