We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to extract content.
From posting: "Who We Are" is description of company; could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use
. The bullet points start with capital letters and end with period. We'll extract each sentence.

- Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work required business hours.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Limited overnight travel required.
We could put Education/Experience under Requirements, and Skills under Skills. Physical Requirements could be under Requirements as well, but maybe better to include under Requirements as a subsection? But we only have headings defined; we could add Physical Requirements under Requirements as part of list.
Thus Requirements section will include education/experience, driver's license, physical requirements.
Now Benefits: list benefits from the benefits paragraph.
We need to parse benefits: "Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company match (eligible 1st of the month following date of hire)Generous vacation time & paid holidaysVolunteer Time OffPaid parental leaveTuition and Health Club reimbursementOther benefits: Company paid Long-term and short-term disability insurance, company paid life insurance and optional supplemental life insurance, health savings account (HSA) with a company contribution and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)"
We need to separate items. It seems missing spaces; we can infer items:
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match (eligible 1st of the month following date of hire)
- Generous vacation time & paid holidays
- Volunteer Time Off
- Paid parental leave
- Tuition and Health Club reimbursement
- Company paid Long-term and short-term disability insurance
- Company paid life insurance and optional supplemental life insurance
- Health savings account (HSA) with a company contribution
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
We'll output as list.
Now ensure we don't include Pay or Schedule sections.
Now produce HTML fragment:
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to extract content.
From posting: "Who We Are" is description of company; could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (company description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience), Skills (required skills/abilities), Benefits (benefits listed), Pay (if present), Schedule (if present). Pay and Schedule not present, so we omit those sections.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, navigation, cookie, legal, scam warning, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So include company description (Who We Are) as About the role. Also include "Job Summary" maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but we can incorporate into About the role. The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading. So we can have About the role containing company overview and job summary.
Responsibilities: list of duties/responsibilities bullet points.
Requirements: maybe education and experience? Could be separate: Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (skills/abilities). Or combine. We'll follow typical: Requirements (education/experience), Skills (skills/abilities). Benefits: list benefits.
We must not include "Physical Requirements" maybe as part of Requirements? It is a requirement but not education/experience. Could be included under Requirements as a bullet? But we need to keep all substantive info. Physical Requirements: ability to work required business hours, lift up to 25 pounds, limited overnight travel. Could be placed under Requirements or maybe a separate section but we don't have a heading for Physical Requirements. Could include under Requirements as a bullet.
We must not include "Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR guidelines." That's also a requirement.
We must not include "Job Summary:" maybe we incorporate.
We must not include "Learn more about us at gdmseeds.com..." etc. That's boilerplate? It's promotional but maybe not boilerplate; but it's not a duty/requirement. It's more about company. Could be omitted as it's like navigation/link. Probably safe to omit.
We must not include "GDM is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove.
Now craft HTML.
Structure:
About the role
About the role
GDM Seeds is a global leader in plant genetics...
(include the Who We Are paragraph and maybe job summary). We need to preserve all substantive info from Who We Are and Job Summary. Let's extract Who We Are text: "Who We Are GDM Seeds is a global leader in plant genetics, dedicated to transforming agriculture through technological innovation.
