Primary Function
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator supports the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of internal assets used to support commercial activities, with a specific focus on system and product demonstration programs. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and third-party vendors to ensure events are supported through efficient asset management, movement, and maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, surveys, tracking details, and scheduling activities.
- Facilitate movement and deployment of assets managed by the Sales Operations Programs team.
- Balance competing priorities among sales, marketing, and third-party vendors.
- Serve as a communication liaison and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Manage shipping, receiving, and intake processing of internal assets.
- Troubleshoot and test equipment prior to commercial events.
- Organize, track, and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and label machines.
- Affiliate with annual maintenance activities and system upgrades.

- Prior logistics experience preferred.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or sales support environments preferred.
Hours
Hours will be Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm, 32 hours per week.
