- Order‑to‑Cash Operations: Own and continuously improve the wholesale order journey from receipt through delivery; optimize order intake channels, drive adoption of automated processes, and establish processes for returns, credits, and claims in partnership with Finance while monitoring key cycle metrics against SLAs.
- Field Enablement & Administration: Administer day‑to‑day territory changes, manage the wholesale sample program end‑to‑end, and partner with Finance to administer quotas and provide clear visibility into goals and performance.
- Wholesale Service Design & Intake: Design and improve CX support for wholesale, create high‑touch experiences for key accounts and scalable self‑service for Indie accounts, build intake mechanisms and routing processes, and monitor service‑level metrics such as SLA adherence and first‑contact resolution.
- Reporting & Analytics: Own the reporting strategy for wholesale, create AE‑facing dashboards and leadership reports, lead migration of reporting from NetSuite to Looker, and partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting and pipeline management.
