Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth across training programs, sport skill coaching, facility rentals, camps, clinics, and sponsorships.
- Possess strong sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate business.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Represent T3 at community events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve growth goals.
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily facility operations and customer experience.
- Lead and support front desk and facility staff.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and professionally maintained.
- Manage staffing schedules and operational coverage.
- Resolve customer concerns and uphold T3 standards.
Performance & Accountability
- Own facility revenue, membership, rental, and partnership goals.
- Track sales activity, lead conversion, and key facility metrics.
- Provide updates and growth recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster a positive culture aligned with the T3 Way.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, fitness, sports, hospitality, or a related field.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
