What You'll Be Responsible For
- Oversight of daily operations including team management, scheduling, floor presence, and delivery standards.
- Ownership of the location's sales results, setting clear expectations and ensuring team alignment towards revenue objectives.
- Building and maintaining a culture of accountability through hands-on coaching, honest feedback, and consistent follow-through.
- Create seamless and professional member interactions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and drive revenue.
- Own performance metrics such as sales, conversion, quality, and efficiency, making data-informed decisions based on these metrics.
- Spot and resolve problems proactively, ensuring they don't become patterns.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience managing teams in fast-paced, service-oriented settings, with a background bridging operations and sales.
- Averagely, a verifiable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, along with the stories behind these achievements.
- Proven ability to manage and be accountable to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across both commercial and operational sides of a business.
- Experience in hospitality, premium retail, or high-end service operations, particularly where the member or guest experience was the primary measure of success.
- A track record of handling difficult performance conversations effectively, leading to positive outcomes.
- A proactive approach to addressing issues, resolving them directly, and following through until they are fully addressed.

- $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentives.
