What You'll Do
- Lead the company's sales operations strategy and drive continuous improvement across the sales organization.
- Serve as the primary administrator and business owner for Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, reporting, and process optimization.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting for revenue, pipeline, forecasting, customer growth, sales activity, and key performance metrics.
- Lead weekly pipeline and forecast review meetings with Sales Leadership.
- Partner with Sales Managers on territory planning, account assignments, customer segmentation, and growth strategies.
- Support Strategic Account Managers by preparing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive reporting, and customer performance analytics.
- Analyze sales performance, pricing trends, quote activity, and forecast accuracy to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations to identify fleet availability opportunities that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop sales playbooks, standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve sales productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Present business insights and recommendations to executive leadership using data-driven analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Management, or a similar role.
- Advanced Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, dashboards, and user administration.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms are preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with experience supporting executive leadership.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Experience within construction equipment, equipment rental, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industries is strongly preferred.
