Sales Operations Manager

About the role

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for coordinating purchasing, inventory management, demand forecasting and production planning. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with company leadership, improve planning processes and play an important role in overall operational performance. The role is based near Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, inventory and operations planning activities
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans
• Oversee inventory levels, purchasing and material availability
• Coordinate production planning with manufacturing operations
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to align business priorities
• Manage and develop purchasing and planning staff
• Monitor supplier performance and address material shortages
• Support ERP planning activities and system improvements
• Develop reporting and analysis to support operational decisions

Requirements

• Strong experience in supply chain, materials management or operations planning within manufacturing
• Experience with demand forecasting, inventory management and purchasing
• Solid understanding of ERP/MRP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
• Previous experience supervising or leading a team
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred

Pay

Compensation: $120K–$140K plus discretionary bonus and excellent benefits.

Schedule

This is an onsite position near Nashua, NH with some flexibility as needed.
