This Is a Hands-on Leadership Role Responsible For Driving membership sales conversion of 25% Building and leading a high-performing front desk sales and therapist teamOwning KPIs, labor efficiency, and guest experienceScaling a membership-based business with discipline and precision You will run the retreat like a business—not a shift.
