Job Summary
We are a startup focused on making e-commerce logistics more human-friendly and efficient through AI-powered robotics. We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our sales cycle, including CRM hygiene, outreach automation, content organization, legal document management, tradeshow execution, and integrating AI tools to enhance team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy
- Develop and implement outbound sales automation tools
- Manage and draft sales contracts, NDAs, and Service Order Warrants (SOWs)
- Plan and execute company presence at industry trade shows and conferences
- Identify and deploy AI tools to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field
- Hands-on CRM expertise, including experience building or rebuilding instances
- Experience with outbound sales automation tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, HubSpot Sequences, etc.
- Proven ability to manage sales contracts, NDAs, and SOWs in a B2B enterprise environment
- Experience planning and executing company presence at industry trade shows or conferences
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills, clear and concise for both internal and external audiences
