Sales Operations Manager, Americas

RevOps Report · Austin, TX · 3 wk ago

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from "About This Role" and "Meet the Team"? Actually "About This Role" is a heading? The text starts with "About This Role The application window is expected to close on: 09/29/2026Job posting may be removed earlier if the position is filled or if a sufficient number of applications are received. Meet the Team ThousandEyes is looking for an Americas Sales Operations Manager..." So we need to parse. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to extract sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (maybe from "Your Impact" bullet points), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe from preferred qualifications?), Benefits (benefits description), Pay (salary range), Schedule (time off details). Also maybe "Why Cisco?" could be part of About the role? But we can treat as part of About the role or separate? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. Let's extract: - About the role: The initial paragraph about role, mission, etc. Also "Meet the Team ThousandEyes is looking for an Americas Sales Operations Manager to help shape how one of our most important growth regions operates, scales, and wins." That's about the role. Also "As the strategic operations partner to Americas Sales leadership..." etc. So we can combine. - Responsibilities: The "Your Impact" bullet points: Strategic Partnership, Team Leadership, GTM Execution, Operational Excellence, Cross-Functional Collaboration. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list. - Skills: Could be derived from Preferred Qualifications (e.g., strong analytical skills, Salesforce admin, etc.) But we already have Qualifications section; maybe we can treat Skills as separate if there is distinct skill content. The posting includes "Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills..." etc. That's part of Preferred Qualifications. Could be considered Skills. But we can also merge into Qualifications. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they said use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include them if they have content. We have content for Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills maybe overlapping; we could still include Skills if we extract skill-specific bullet points from Preferred Qualifications that are skill-based (e.g., strong analytical skills, Salesforce admin, Excel). But we could also just not include Skills if we think it's redundant. However we need to preserve all substantive information; if we omit Skills heading, we still need to preserve the skill info somewhere else (maybe within Qualifications). That's okay as long as we don't lose info. So we can put skill details under Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). That satisfies preserving. - Benefits: The section about benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, disability, life insurance, restricted stock units, paid time away details (holidays, birthday, wellness, sick time, volunteer days). Also note about bonuses for non-sales roles and sales incentive pay details. That's benefits. - Pay: Salary range: starting salary range posted for this position is $133,200.00 to $168,800.00 and reflects projected salary range for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Also location-specific ranges: New York City Metro Area $145,400.00 - $216,400.00; Non-Metro New York state & Washington state $138,300.00 - $201,600.00. Also note about quota-based sales roles ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. Also note about Illinois time off program (that's schedule). So Pay section should include salary ranges. - Schedule: Time off details: 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees; 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco; Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees; Exempt employees participate in Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations); 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next; Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members; Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer; For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies. Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance‑based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non‑quota Components, Subject To The Applicable Cisco Plan. (That's more compensation but could be part of Pay). Also note about Illinois unique time off program to meet local requirements. Thus Schedule section includes vacation, holidays, sick time, volunteer days, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: The initial line about application window closing date etc. That's not boilerplate? It's metadata about posting date; we could fold into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph at top with that info: "Application window expected to close on 09/29/2026; posting may be removed earlier if position filled or sufficient applications received." That's minor metadata. Also "Meet the Team ThousandEyes is looking for an Americas Sales Operations Manager..." is part of role description. We need to remove duplicated lines: I see some duplicated? Not obvious. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions besides maybe the closing date; we already folded that. Now produce HTML fragment with sections as needed. Structure:

Application window expected to close on 09/29/2026; posting may be removed earlier if the position is filled or if a sufficient number of applications are received.
