Sales Operations & E-Commerce Specialist

Home Improvement Division | Backyard Products Location: Woodstock, GA Position Summary Backyard Products is seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations & E-Commerce Specialist to support the Home Improvement Division across Home Depot, Menards, Tractor Supply, Ace Hardware, and E-Commerce channels. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and retail partners to drive growth, improve execution, and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management, analytical, and customer support skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Operations & Retail Support Support day-to-day operations for major retail and e-commerce accounts.Coordinate projects related to online, stock, and special-order programs.Serve as a primary contact for retailer support teams to maximize efficiency and execution.Manage customer service escalations and drive issue resolution across internal teams. E-Commerce Management Manage product setup, maintenance, and content across retailer websites.Improve digital product content, imagery, specifications, and merchandising.Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience. Pricing & Market Analysis Track product costs, retail pricing, and competitive market trends.Conduct regular pricing and assortment comparisons across key retailers.Provide recommendations to support sales growth and profitability. Retail Media & Marketing Support Partner closely with the Home Depot Brand Advocate and OAM teams to plan and execute retail media programs.Coordinate promotional activities and track campaign effectiveness.
