What starts with YOU, moves the world! As a Sales Operations Coordinator II, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day sales operations activities for assigned accounts and business initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and channel partners to ensure requests, orders, and projects move efficiently from initiation through completion.
- Monitor order activity throughout the lifecycle, ensuring orders are accurately entered, configured, quoted, scheduled, fulfilled, and invoiced.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, sales representatives, channel partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and ensure timely communication regarding orders, programs, and business initiatives.
- Support sales and business development efforts by coordinating customer programs, preparing reports, tracking key metrics, and assisting with the execution of strategic account initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and overall account performance.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain sales and operational data to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide visibility into account performance, sales activity, and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, resolve operational challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 8+ years of equivalent related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Skills
- Experience supporting sales operations, business development, account management, customer service, or order management functions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP platforms, order management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
